Broken Heart

How to Mend a Broken Heart

Everybody hurts sometimes.”  R.E.M.

Can’t let go of pain of the past?

Can’t get over a relationship?

Can’t relieve anxiety caused by a relationship?

Can’t stop the tapes running in circles in your head?

Can’t move forward in life because of past hurts?

Can’t stop crying?

Can’t sleep?

It’s hard to let go of negative feelings of a relationship, no matter how long ago the relationship was or even if you are still in the relationship. Our conscious minds can’t rid us of intense feelings.

Neuro-Linguistic Programming has a technique called How to Mend a Broken Heart that reduces or eliminates strong painful emotions. This is for every kind of relationship-current spouse, former spouse or lover, friends, parents or even a job-no matter how long ago or what kind of relationship it was.

If a relationship is causing you pain, this technique is for you. The part of you that has been protecting you by making you feel bad is important. You need it to protect you in future situations. The purpose of the NLP technique is to improve your brain’s ability to protect you by updating its information. This technique does not remove any of your memories. It does remove your strong negative emotional response to the memories.

What is Neuro-Linguistic Programming? Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) will teach you how to easily and naturally motivate yourself and modify your behaviors to improve your life for the better.

The name, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, describes what it is. Neuro-all of our experiences come through our senses and nervous system. Linguistic-our mental processes are given meaning and organized through our language. Programming-people’s brains function through programs that can be changed. NLP can help you reach your goals. It will teach you to how to use your brain and to develop skills that promote positive changes.

NLP provides a systematic framework for directing our own brain. It teaches us how to direct not only our own states and behaviors, but also the states and behaviors of others. In short, it is the science of how to run your brain in an optimal way to produce the results you desire.” Anthony Robbins
